2016, Season Number Four
FIRST Stronghold

FIRST Stronghold was a game with a medieval theme that focused on capturing the opponent's tower by launching "boulders" into it, and on knocking down "defenses" or obstacles by driving through them.  During our fourth season, Team 4855 made it to the quarterfinals in both competitions for the third time in the team's history. We reached out to more sponsors than we had in previous years and got involved in more community outreach events. Over the summer, we hosted a free robotics camp for our middle school and high school students. The team helped the students build VEX robots which they used to compete in a small competition on the last day.
